Ed Braswell Chief Executive Officer and President
Ed is president and CEO of edō Interactive, a Nashville-based advertising technology company he founded in 2007. Prior to edō Interactive, Ed was president and CEO of LINK2GOV Corporation, acquired in 2005 by Metavante, now Fidelity National Information Services (NYSE:FIS). Ed joined LINK2GOV as executive vice president of sales and business development, was appointed president in 2003 and became the company’s CEO in 2005. He also served on LINK2GOV’s board of directors.
Prior to joining LINK2GOV, Ed served as senior vice president of global sales for Premiere Technologies (NASDAQ-PTEK) where he managed a worldwide sales organization. Ed’s professional experience also includes executive level sales management with Centigram Communications Corp. (NASDAQ-CGRM) and ROLM, an IBM Telecommunications subsidiary. Ed currently serves on the boards of FactorTrust and MyPaynet.
Jonathan Dyke Chief Operating Officer
Jonathan Dyke serves as COO for edō Interactive. Prior to edō, Jonathan served as CIO for The Corporate Executive Board (NASDAQ: EXBD), a provider of best practices research and quantitative analysis focusing on corporate strategy, operations and general management issues. As CIO, he managed a team 100+ professionals globally, supporting CEB’s business operations and interactive product development initiatives. Prior to his role as CIO, Jonathan was Chief of Staff to the CEO where he was responsible for planning the firm’s IPO as well as for budget creation and management, IT strategy and new product development. Prior to CEB, Jonathan worked in sales and product development at ERIIS, a mapping software company in Herndon, Virginia.
Clay Whitson Chief Financial Officer
Clay Whitson serves as CFO for edō Interactive. Prior to joining edō in 2010, Clay served as Chief Financial Officer of iPayment, Inc., a credit card processing company. He also served iPayment’s Board of Directors before the company went private in 2006. Prior to iPayment, Clay served as Chief Financial Officer for The Corporate Executive Board (NASDAQ: EXBD). Clay has also served as Chief Financial Officer of PMT Services, Inc., a credit card processing company. Clay earned a B.A. from Southern Methodist University and holds an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia, Colgate Darden School of Business.
Mark Marinacci Chief Revenue Officer
Mark Marinacci serves as CRO for edō Interactive and is responsible for edō’s advertising strategy, partnerships and overall monetization. Prior to joining edō, Mark served in a number of roles at Google, most recently as Head of Retail where he managed a team responsible for some of the company’s largest retail partners. Before Google, Mark worked for HotJobs.com, a recruitment advertising start up that was acquired by Yahoo! Mark earned a B.A. from Georgetown University and taught English in rural Africa for two years after graduation. A Chicago native, he lives a mile from his beloved Cubs.
Steven Kietz Executive Vice President/General Manager, Strategic Partnerships
Steven Kietz leads edō’s efforts with Financial Institutions and other major partners. Steve and his team are focused on working with leading FIs and channel partners to deliver valuable targeted offers to their customers using the latest technology. Prior to his role at edō, Steve ran Woodbury Advisors LLC, a payments consultancy he founded. Steve was CEO of Mobile Money Ventures, a JV funded by Citigroup and SK Telecom, that was acquired by Intuit in 2011. Steve has had senior roles at Citi and JP Morgan Chase in their retail banking and credit card units. Steve runs edō’s New York office.
John Hunnicutt Vice President, Finance
John Hunnicutt serves as VP of Finance for edō Interactive and is responsible for all finance and legal operations of the company. John previously led finance and accounting at Link2Gov where he oversaw management and settlement of funds flow in excess of $1.3 billion. He also was instrumental in driving the acquisition of Link2Gov by Metavante in 2005. Prior to Link2Gov, John was the General Manager of PAYTran, LLC, a national provider of electronic payments solutions, which was acquired by First State Bank in 2000. Earlier in his career John held management positions at Accenture.
Alex Gershman Senior Vice President, Product Development
Alex Gershman is SVP of Product Development at edō Interactive where he leads innovation and enhancements of the edō Prewards Performance Marketing Platform. Prior to joining edō, Alex served as Director of Sales and Marketing for B2B Sales Consulting at The Corporate Executive Board (NASDAQ: EXBD). At CEB, Alex managed a team of 25+ consultants and project managers, overseeing projects for Global 1000 companies in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, Russia and parts of Asia. Prior to CEB, Alex worked at international management consulting firm Oliver Wyman where he worked on a number of risk management projects for one of Mexico’s largest banks.
Lisa McGinty Vice President, Strategic Partnerships
Lisa McGinty serves as VP of Strategic Partnerships for edō Interactive and is responsible for business development and strategic account management of edō’s reach partner channel. Prior to edō, Lisa worked for several years in the prepaid card industry in key leadership positions at MCI WorldCom and Incomm where she worked on strategy and execution of multiple product lines as well as category development, growth through channel management and negotiating strategic partnerships with tier one carriers. Lisa earned her B.A. from the University of Central Florida but spent most of her career living and working in NYC, Chicago and Atlanta prior to settling in Nashville.
Jeff Fagel Marketing & Brand Development
Jeff Fagel serves as VP of Marketing & Brand Development for edō Interactive and is responsible for building a clear and powerful brand story for the company that focuses on initiating and cultivating relationships with customers. Prior to edō, Jeff logged more than 15 years of brand marketing, consumer packaged goods and retail experience. He began his career in public relations and then progressed to product management and innovation leadership positions at Gatorade, Frito-Lay and ConAgra. Most recently, Jeff was responsible for strategic leadership across the Kmart brand and private-label portfolio with a focus on customer, competitor, digital and social media strategy. A graduate of Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Marketing and Journalism. He earned his MBA from Loyola University Chicago in marketing strategy and e-commerce.
