John Chadwick. Mr. Chadwick is a partner in Claritas Capital, a venture capital firm in Nashville, TN specializing in health care and electronic payments processing. Claritas has held companies such as iPayment, Inc., in its portfolio before its initial public offering and subsequent privatization. Recently, StuidoNow, part of the Claritas Capital portfolio, was acquired by AOL.
Jim Kever. Mr. Kever is a founding partner of Voyent Partners, LLC, an investment partnership which was founded in 2001. Mr. Kever is also a director of Transaction System Architects, Inc., 3D Systems Corporation, Luminex Corporation and Tyson Foods.
Braden Kelly. Mr. Kelly served as a Partner and Managing Director of General Atlantic, a global private equity investment firm from 1995 until 2006. Mr. Kelly served as head of General Atlantic’s Palo Alto office and global health care practice, and as a member of its Investment Committee. Prior to joining General Atlantic, Mr. Kelly worked in the Investment Banking division at Morgan Stanley & Co.
Matthew A. King. Mr. King is the Managing Partner of FCA Venture Partners. He currently serves on the Boards of My Office Products, Inc., HCCA International, Inc., ProfitPoint, Inc., Proxsys, LLC, New Day Pharmacy, Inc., Dollar Texas Properties, LLC, ProMedTek, Inc. and The Thalerus Group, Inc.. Mr. King also serves on the Board of Trustees for Wake Forest University.
David M. Wilds. Mr. Wilds is Managing Partner of First Avenue Partners, a private equity firm based in Nashville, Tennessee. First Avenue was an early investor in iPayment, Inc., where Mr. Wilds was a director until it was taken private. He was also a director for Dollar General for over 15 years before its privatization, and he continues to sit on the boards of several First Avenue investments and non-profit organizations. Prior to founding First Avenue, Mr. Wilds was a partner with J.C. Bradford & Co. from 1969 to 1990.
