The process for managing an edō Marketing campaign is incredibly simple:
- TARGET AUDIENCE: edō Interactive works with Marketing Partners to define their message and identify their target audience based upon partner goals
- DIRECT DIGITAL COMMUNICATION: edō Interactive then sends targeted consumers a customized Precast™ message (e-mail, text message or RSS feed) letting them know that they have received an incentive from the Marketing Partner. Consumers then have the option to “accept” or “decline” the incentive
- DIRECT INCENTIVE DELIVERY: edō Interactive deposits the “accepted” incentive directly into the account of the consumer’s reloadable Pre-paid MasterCard®
- INCENTIVE REDEMPTION: Consumers then simply redeem the incentive by using their reloadable Pre-paid MasterCard® at the Marketing Partner’s location
- INVISIBLE PROCESSING: Behind the scenes, the edō Marketing Platform identifies the incentive, redeems the incentive from the card member account, and deducts any remaining purchase balance from the cash account balance
- TRANSPARENT TRACKING: In real-time, Marketing Partners can see any number of metrics (acceptances/redemptions, redemption locations, average sales size) by relevant demographics, while consumers can see the details of the transaction (including incentive redemption) on their personalized card member webpage
