Ed Braswell, Chief Executive Officer
Ed Braswell is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of edō Interactive which he founded in June of 2007.
Prior to edō Interactive, Ed was President and CEO of LINK2GOV Corporation that was acquired in 2005 by Metavante, now Fidelity National Information Services (NYSE:FIS). Ed was appointed President in 2003, became President and CEO in 2005, and served on LINK2GOV’s Board of Directors. Ed previously held the position of Executive Vice President of Sales and Business Development. Prior to joining LINK2GOV, Ed served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales for Premiere Technologies (NASDAQ-PTEK) where he managed a worldwide sales organization. Ed’s professional experience also includes executive level sales management with Centigram Communications Corp. (NASDAQ-CGRM) and ROLM, an IBM Telecommunications subsidiary. Ed currently serves on the Boards of FactorTrust and MyPaynet.
Favorite Prewards: Anything golf or tennis related; Ed has a 10 handicap and loves to play doubles with his wife.

Jonathan Dyke, Chief Operating Officer
Jonathan Dyke serves as edō Interactive's Chief Operating Officer. Prior to edō Interactive Jonathan spent 12 years at the Corporate Executive Board (NASDAQ: EXBD) and was most recently Chief Information Officer. As CIO, he managed a team of more than 100 professionals globally, supporting CEB’s business operations and interactive product development initiatives. Key projects included several enterprise CRM installations and upgrades, an enterprise web platform upgrade, development of an enterprise business intelligence platform, and installation and customization of enterprise finance, human resource and knowledge management systems. Prior to his role as CIO, Jonathan was Chief of Staff to the CEO where his responsibilities included planning the firm’s IPO, budget creation and management, IT strategy, and new product development. Prior to CEB, Jonathan worked in sales and product development at ERIIS, a mapping software company in Herndon, Virginia.

Jay Graves, Chief Information Officer
Jay Graves serves as edō Interactive’s Chief Information Officer and is responsible for building the edō Marketing Platform technology platform that drives Prewards, edō’s revolutionary digital incentive solution. The edō Marketing Platform includes rigorous security infrastructure including SAS 70 and PCI certifications. Prior to joining edō, Jay served as Vice President of Product Development for marketing services provider Merkle, a leader in marketing analytics technology. He brings deep expertise in building marketing technology solutions and is a proven entrepreneur having co-founded database marketing agency SmartDM, which was acquired by Acxiom Corporation (NASDAQ: ACXM) in 2005. SmartDM developed one of the original SAAS database platforms providing both Fortune 500 and SMB clients with customer data management, analytics and email marketing capabilities. Graves managed over 100 professionals and worked with major clients across multiple market segments to generate sales via online and offline direct marketing campaigns.

Meaghan Schaefer, Chief Marketing Officer
As Chief Marketing Officer of edō Interactive, Meaghan Schaefer is responsible for introducing edō’s revolutionary marketing platforms to brand advertisers, financial institutions, and consumers. With more than 15 years of strategic management and marketing experience, Meaghan oversees the company’s global marketing, sales, and communications strategies. Prior to edō, Meaghan served in several key leadership positions during a 10-year period with the Corporate Executive Board (NASDAQ: EXBD). She most recently served as the Managing Director of Sales and Marketing for the firm’s Information Technology and Finance practices and was responsible for building the world’s largest networks of Chief Information Officers and Chief Financial Officers, as well as managing a team of 60 professionals. Previously, Meaghan held management positions at Accenture and Siebel Systems.
Favorite Prewards: With two young children, Meaghan can’t resist great offers for kids clothing.
John Hunnicutt, VP of Finance
John Hunnicutt serves as edō Interactive's VP of Finance where he is responsible for all finance and legal operations of the company. John previously led finance and accounting at Link2Gov where he oversaw management and settlement of funds flow in excess of $1.3 billion. He was instrumental in driving the acquisition of Link2Gov by Metavante in 2005. Prior to Link2Gov, John was the General Manager of PAYTran, LLC, a national provider of electronic payments solutions, which was acquired by First State Bank in 2000. Earlier in his career John held management positions at Accenture.
Favorite Prewards: John takes lots of road trips with his family and likes entertainment for the car.

Alex Gershman, VP of Product Development
Alex Gershman is edō Interactive's VP of Product Development where he leads innovation and enhancements of the edō Marketing Platform. Prior to joining edō, Alex spent nearly 10 years at the Corporate Executive Board (NASDAQ: EXBD), where he was most recently Director of Sales and Marketing for the company’s B2B Sales Consulting group. During his time at CEB, Alex managed a team of more than 25 consultants and project managers, overseeing projects for Global 1000 companies in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, Russia and several Asian countries. Prior to CEB, Alex spent two years at Oliver Wyman where he worked on a number of risk management projects for one of Mexico’s largest banks.

Lisa McGinty, VP of Card Solutions
Lisa McGinty serves as Vice President of edō Card Solutions and is responsible for business development and strategic account management of edō’s card programs. Prior to joining edō Interactive, Lisa spent 13 years in the prepaid card industry working in key leadership positions at MCI WorldCom, PRE Holdings and Incomm. Lisa has been responsible for managing the overall strategy and execution of multiple product lines, including closed and open loop gift cards, prepaid wireless products, and prepaid long distance phone cards. Within her product roles, she drove product R&D and lifecycle management, category development and growth, and strategic channel management for distribution of products with $250M+ in annual revenue. Within her business development roles, she negotiated and managed strategic partnerships with key companies including AT&T, Sprint, IDT, Verizon and Blackhawk Networks.
Favorite Prewards: Lisa is the fashionista in the office and a fan of jewelry and apparel.
